On 23rd August 2024 National Space Day was celebrated in our School with great
enthusiasm. To mark this occasion a series of engaging activities were organised on 22nd
and 23rd August 2024 for classes IV to XII.
22nd August 2024:
●A poster making activity was conducted for classes IV & V on the topic of space and their
imagination. Students were encouraged to express their thoughts and creative ideas.
● Students from classes VI to XII were motivated to participate in the online quiz organized
by ISRO and get a certificate for the same.
23rd August 2024:
● A painting competition was organised for students of classes VII & VIII on the topic of
Space exploration. Students enthusiastically depicted their vision of space exploration.
The creativity & imagination displayed by the participants were truly commendable.
● Videos on ICT board were shown to students of classes VI to XII on the achievements of
ISRO. Students were shown the intricacies of space missions, satellite launches and the
role of space technology in everyday life. The event was a great success.
